The South Muskoka Shield are yet another step closer to finalizing their roster for the 2008-09 season. With the conclusion of the rookie camp ice times this past weekend the team management feels confident and optomistic about the upcoming season. With a possible 10 or more returning players from last year the Shield are aiming for the top of the GMHL North Division.

The next step in the process is the Main Camp which will include all returning players, this years #1 draft pick Kirk Kelly and a slew of well talented prospects. IT IS NO LONGER INVITE ONLY! due to some communication errors.

This years Main Camp will be held on August 16 from 3:00-6:00 PM
& August 17 from 1:00-4:00 PM at the Gravenhurst Centennial Center.

The cost of these ice times will be $30 per day. All payments must be made at the door before stepping on the ice.
